Ina is hard working, highly efficient, very professional and always thorough in her follow up. She is also fun to have in the team and is consistently positive, even under pressure and tight deadlines.

Ina has excellent and rounded communication skills; she is a compelling writer, concise in her verbal communication and above all a very good listener.

As well as leading our sales and marketing efforts on digital accounts, Ina has also taken it upon herself to improve all aspects of digital media at Universal, including introducing a successful process for company wide social media communication and revamping our company website.

On the commercial side, Ina has worked outside the remit of her role to close several interesting and profitable commercial partnerships, demonstrating her proactive nature and selling ability. In negotiations she is politely persistent and this approach gets results.

In customer or internal meetings Ina always makes a positive contribution with creative ideas and workable solutions to problems. She is happy to share her expertise and knowledge with others, without always needing the credit for the results.
